It’s not hard to see why, as they only used carefully source free-range chickens (that’s Kampong Chicken to Singaporeans!), frying them to crispy perfection with batter made from top quality flour. Rang Mang Shokudo’s signature double fying at low-heat means their birds remain super crispy even when eaten cold. Rang Mang Shokkudo fried chicken can be enjoyed with a choice of 15 different sauces. Our green salad and 16 grain rice and soup evens out the sinfulness for a balanced meal.
